    We are travelling and needed to buy 2 burner stove dropped into Emerald BCF What is wrong with the sales staff here ? Older woman and younger not very helpful I must say ! Just wanted price match and bit of information on the product but 3 staff didn't know ? If your selling products try to find out a little useful information otherwise distributor misses out on a sale ? You wonder why people online shop ? We have been to many BCF stores with terrific service and knowledge! Very disappointing to be served by this older woman and another female sales assistant Need to polish up there people skills, and while your at it try to be a little more friendly we pay your wages so many would kill for your job it takes nothing fora smile . Do not recommend this store
